Heart Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients:
1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp hemp hearts
1tbsp ground flax seeds
¼ cup of oats
1 cup of almond milk
½ cup of berries
½ cup of mango
1tbsp of pumpkin seeds
Method:
1. In a mason jar add the chia seeds ,hemp seeds, ground flax seeds and oats.
2. Add ¾ cup of the almond milk.
3. Mix it all together, close the jar and leave overnight in the fridge.
4. In the morning add the fruit and pumpkin seeds and the remaining milk.
